The Kitchen Quartet are delighted to be performing at Duckie's The Posh Club - a glamorous performance and social club for older people held regularly in five locations across London and the South East.
Each three-and-a-half hour event is styled as a tongue-in-cheek ‘posh’ 1940’s afternoon tea with three live show business turns, volunteer waiters in black tie, vintage crockery and an in-house pianist.
Wednesday 26th October 2022 - 12pm
St Paul's Church Hall, Stoke Newington London N16
Tsitsit is the Fringe Festival with a Jewish flavour. With a strap-line of ‘if it's Jewish enough for you, it's Jewish enough for us’, Tsitsit Fringe celebrates the many differing strands of contemporary Jewish identities and artistic expressions.
The Kitchen Quartet, who are two-thirds Jewish (or is that two-quarters?) will be singing songs about space, brains, faeries and feminism, as well as their own questionable maths skills. And probably some Beyonce...
Date and venue TBC (Autumn 2022)
The Kitchen Quartet's past performances include Robin Ince's Nine Lessons and Carols for a Godless People at the Bloomsbury Theatre, Sunday Assembly (Conway Hall), Crafternoon Cabaret at the Hospital Club (West End), Sunday Cabaret (West End), The Tickled Bean Comedy Club, East 17 Art Club, Tricity Vogue's Ukulele Cabaret, Toulouse Lautrec London and regular appearances at the Open Arts Cafe in Marble Arch.
